Sharivo is operated by Taher Holdings LLC. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
When you sign up: Your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
When you use the platform: Information you enter about your business — services, staff, bookings, customers, and financial records.
When your customers book: Their name, phone number, and appointment details, stored on your behalf.
Automatically: Basic technical data like your IP address, browser type, and how you use the platform.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@sharivo.com. We will respond within 14 days. If you close your account, your data is deleted within 60 days.
We use standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if changes are significant.
