1. Who We Are

Sharivo is operated by Taher Holdings LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Sharivo is a business management platform for service businesses. It includes tools for appointment booking, customer management, marketing, and financial tracking. The features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact us at support@sharivo.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD):

A valid payment method is required to start your free trial. Your card will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. All payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sharivo only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the platform to send unsolicited messages, impersonate others, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, or resell access to any third party.

When sending SMS messages through Sharivo, you are responsible for ensuring recipients have consented to receive them.

6. Your Data

Your business data belongs to you. We do not sell it. You can request an export of your data at any time by contacting support@sharivo.com. If you close your account, your data will be deleted within 60 days.

7. Our Liability

Sharivo is provided as-is. We are not liable for any business losses, lost bookings, or damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any situation is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

8. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email if changes are significant. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
